The contemporary Peppers Seaport Hotel is a 15 minute drive from Launceston Airport and an easy five minute walk from the town centre on the site of an old dry dock. Built in the shape of a ship the nautical inspired hotel can accommodate conferences with up to 60 delegates.

At Peppers Seaport Hotel we have one conference facility, the Bow Room. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, this versatile room features an abundance of natural light, with black out facilities. It is ideal for creative thinking sessions or a relaxed dinner presentation.

On the ground floor of Peppers Seaport Hotel you will find Cube Cafe who prepares catering for our conferences daily and offers a la carte dining which can be served in the Bow Room. Alternatively, Mud Bar and Restaurant is a  fresh, modern venue serving an eclectic mix of cuisines from around the world combined with a wide range of wines including superb Tasmanian offerings.

We can recommend and assist in planning unique teambuilding activities for your team, tailoring to your objectives and budget. You can choose from creative theatre based workshops and adventure team experiences including a helicopter flight showing your delegates in a couple of hours what you could only hope to see in a lifetime.
