The Peppers collection of Retreats, Resorts and Hotels is an irresistible, intriguing and indulgent range of escapes selectively located throughout regional Australia and New Zealand, with the addition of Fiji from early 2013.
There are 27 exquisite properties in our group, so you’re sure to find one that suits your needs; be that a romantic getaway, an unforgettable wedding or a family holiday. But of course, there’s one thing all Peppers have in common, and that’s their dedication to you.
Peppers has created an exclusive collection of innovative dining experiences to incite and inspire, resulting in the tastiest assortment of delightful stays and events showcasing Peppers’ heritage of fine food and wine experiences. Each Peppers destination strives to make the most of Australia’s abundant high quality produce with a finely honed ability to exceed every expectation, and above all, celebrate the simple pleasures of food. The Peppers Food Hub is devoted to all things delicious, including recipes and cooking tips from our very own chefs and information on all of our mouth-watering dining experiences.
From country retreats in the Hunter Valley to relaxing beachside resorts in Port Douglas and Kingscliff, each has its own individual charm and character yet is within easy reach of Australia and New Zealand’s major cities.
Our Peppers Retreats focus on the finer things in life, each set in a unique location, such as the remote and intimate Coorabell Retreat in the Byron Hinterland and the picturesque Daylesford & Macedon Ranges in Victoria. Superb food and wine take centre stage at these properties as does an emphasis on indulgence.
You will find our resorts in popular holiday destinations such as Airlie Beach on the Whitsundays mainland, Palm Cove in Tropical North Queensland and Queenstown accommodation on New Zealand’s South Island. The emphasis here is on leisure facilities such as golf courses, day spas, resort style pools, tennis courts and more while sharing the same dedication to you as our smaller Retreats. Our Resorts also encompass the heightened experience of our Balé Resort and CBD located Hotels. But of course, whichever property you choose, the real emphasis is on you.
Outstanding service is what our business has been built on, right from the day the first Peppers opened in 1984 in the Hunter Valley, NSW. But history counts for little – what’s important is that next time you arrive at a Peppers Retreat, Resort or Hotel, you can be sure you’ll feel like you’re the only one in the world who matters. So as you can see, even though this story is a little about us, really, we’re all about you.
