Season

Surrounded by stunning beaches on the Kingscliff coast and a backdrop of the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland, Season restaurant provides the perfect venue to feast on organic and fresh produce from local growers.

Season Restaurant

This volcanic region in Northern New South Wales has some of the most fertile soil in the world, perfect for growing the freshest and most luscious fruit and vegetables. Season's meat is sourced locally and raised the way nature intended it – with sweet hormone free pork from the quaint village of Bangalow, antibiotic and hormone free chicken from Alstonville and beef from the Oakley Ranch in Casino.

Locally sourced mouth-watering fruits featured on the menu include passionfruit from Dungay, berries from Stokers Siding and Burringbar. Season's signature finger limes are sourced through Chillingham and are native to this region.

Recently awarded a Chef's Hat, Season restaurant is within easy access to guests of Peppers Salt Resort & Spa and Peppers Bale Salt. Whether it be an intimate dinner for two, or a few cocktails and tapas with friends, Season is the ideal location to indulge in the region’s finest food and wine.

For dessert you can choose from the delectable range of sweets including spiced baked cheese cake, pandan ice cream, baklava wafer and finger lime syrup, or get your chocolate fix with smashed chocolate and hazelnut Pavlova, wattle seed mascarpone and raspberry compote.

Elegant Italian furnishings and a chic and intimate atmosphere provide patrons with the perfect environment to relax and enjoy a culinary journey of what’s in Season.

Chef Profile - Reuben Radonich

Born in Byron Bay and raised in the Tweed Valley, Reuben Radonich knows the talent and enthusiasm required to be Executive Chef of Season restaurant in Kingscliff.

Reuben’s love for cooking began at eight years old while cooking with his mother and continued through to his later years where he worked at a Chinese restaurant at the age of 15. After studying cooking at Ashmore TAFE and then completing his apprenticeship at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort, Reuben enjoyed working and training with an array of talented chefs in 5 star resorts on the Gold Coast before travelling overseas with his wife to experience other cultures and cooking lifestyles.
