Peppers Salt Resort & Spa has just announced their schedule for weekend yoga retreats for 2015, offering guests three unique opportunities to relax with a rejuvenating weekend of self discovery for the health conscious.
SEASONAL YOGA RETREATS
Yoga retreats have been designed for beginners through to experienced practitioners and combine dynamic yoga, wholesome cuisine and a Spa at Salt experience. Hosted by YOGA TV host, Kris McIntyre, the weekend will vary to suit the changing needs of the seasons according to
Ryoho (a form of yoga therapy combining traditional Indian Hatha poses with the meridian based healing arts of China and Japan).

8 - 10 May - Mother and Daughter Retreat (Mother's Day weekend): Focusing on bladder strength, lower back and core strength and stress release.
