Mount Warning

Towering over Murwillumbah and the Tweed Valley in far North-Eastern New South Wales, is Mount Warning, the central core of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest extinct shield volcano. Rainforest topping the sheer cliffs of its 1,000m high rim is preserved in National Parks. Lamington National Park in Queensland is to the north, while to the west and south respectively is the Border Ranges and the Nightcap National Park - both NSW World Heritage areas. Allow at least two hours climbing and two hours to return for the 8.8km walk; good non-slip footwear is essential. There are resting points along the way. The short (15min) Lyrebird Walk leads to an elevated platform in the palms where you can sit and experience the serenity and mystique of the rainforest.

Their combined experience has led to 8 world championships, over 50 Australian surf titles and a combined 33 years at the top of competitive Surf Life Saving in Australia and the world. Together they deliver corporate and personal, training, events, courses and programs. As far as training goes, the former world champions draw from their own experience, having been coached by some of the world's best coaches and teachers in varying disciplines. With a lot of emphasis on visualisation, breath control, creativity, decisive action and simply getting out there and doing it, this is a truly unique day working on the mind and the body. It's an action packed program that leaves the kids with increased fitness, teamwork, advanced training techniques and knowledge of their own strengths and what works for them.
