At Peppers Pier Resort we have an elegant selection of wedding venues to suit the requirements of your special day. Our settings for your ceremony and reception can cater for weddings of up to 180 guests.

Ceremony Venues

Penthouse Roofttop

Peppers Pier Resort has a selection of Penthouses each with expansive private rooftops looking out over the pristine waters of Hervey Bay. The rooftops can accommodate ceremonies with up to 60 guests. This venue must be booked for two nights accommodation and incurs an additional fee to cover set-up, service and breakdown, dependant on your requirements.

Reception Venues

Ballroom

This spacious and fully enclosed venue is ideal for larger receptions and can cater for up to 160 guests on banquet tables of 10, plus a Bridal Table and inbuilt dance floor. The Ballroom can also be divided into two smaller venues (Charlton Room and Hibiscus Room) for smaller receptions.

Fraser Room

An intimate venue ideally suited to cocktail receptions for up to 50 guests. The Fraser room offers natural lighting and a private outdoor terrace leading onto the pool deck.
