Ceremony Venues

Penthouse Rooftop

Peppers Pier Resort has a selection of Penthouses each with expansive private roof-tops looking out over the pristine waters of Hervey Bay. The roof-tops can accommodate ceremonies with up to 60 guests. This venue must be booked for two nights accommodation and incurs an additional fee to cover set-up, service and breakdown, dependant on your requirements.

Reception Venues

Charlton Ballroom

This spacious and fully enclosed venue is ideal for larger receptions and can cater for up to 160 guests on banquet tables of 10, plus a Bridal Table and inbuilt dance floor. The Ballroom can also be divided into two smaller venues (Charlton Room and Hibiscus Room) for smaller receptions.

Fraser Room

An intimate venue ideally suited to cocktail receptions for up to 50 guests. The Fraser room offers natural lighting and a private outdoor terrace, leading onto the pool deck.
