An evening with Tony Bilson
Tony Bilson has often been called the godfather of modern Australian cuisine and is credited with changing
Australia's food culture. He was revolutionising the way we eat before such a thing as a celebrity chef existed. Our
chef, Daniel James, has long been a fan of Tony's cuisine and is looking forward to collaborating with him to create a menu that will delight.
Katers Restaurant, Peppers Manor House will host Tony Bilson and our chef, Daniel James, when they
prepare six amazing dishes celebrating the best local produce from the Southern Highlands on Saturday 13 September. The menu will be matched with a selection of the region's best wines from Tertini. Our sommelier has selected them for their outstanding Pinots, Rieslings and Chardonnays.
Part proceeds will go to the Australian Red Cross.
