Peppers Manor House

With its intimate accommodation and relaxed atmosphere, a stay at Peppers Manor House Southern Highlands gives you insight into what life at an Australian country house is all about.

In Peppers tradition, the décor is stylish, rich and full of character befitting its Southern Highlands location. Peppers Manor House has 41 elegantly appointed and newly refurbished rooms and suites and you will find this accommodation located in the main house, in the adjacent garden wing and in self-contained cottages.

Cottage Standard Rooms

The contemporary Cottage Standard Room features a king bed or twin configuration with ensuite. All rooms have new floor tiles, bathroom and kitchen bench tops and fittings, 32” flat screen TV’s, and drapes. This room interconnects to a Cottage Suite. A wide covered verandah offers views over the surrounding rural landscape.

Cottage Suite

Our modern Cottage Suites feature king bed or twin configuration; ensuite (shower only), with new floor tiles and stone bench tops; and a separate lounge area.  The freshly painted walls and recarpeted floors create a complementary colour theme with dark floors and light walls. These are further enhanced by either turquoise and chocolate or pink and olive furnishings. This suite can interconnect to a Cottage Standard.  Relax on the verandah and take in the views of the surrounding countryside.

Main House Rooms

These individually decorated and uniquely styled rooms are situated upstairs from the Great Hall in the estate’s original homestead section. All bedrooms have been transformed with fresh paint, new wallpaper and beds, as well as new 32” flat screen TV’s. Soft gold coloured drapes, re-upholstered furniture and new lighting complete the new look.

Garden Wing Rooms

Located adjacent to the main house in the two-storey Garden Wing, these rooms are decorated in classical country style with additional soft furnishings being added. All bathrooms in this room style have been updated with classic stone vanities and new fittings.

Garden Wing Suites

Situated upstairs in the Garden Wing, these spacious suites have bathrooms with a spa bath and shower. Stone vanity tops are new features and new bathroom fittings have been added to ensure a fresh and modern appearance.

Elizabeth Broughton Suite

Located upstairs in the Main House and offering stunning views over the golf course and estate, the suite consists of two sunrooms, one bedroom, a lounge room including a formal dining area and a bathroom with shower and spa bath.

*Children aged 0-12 years stay free of change when using existing bedding (meals charged on consumption). Cot packages are also available.
