Chef Profile – Executive Chef Twan Wyers
Peppers Manor House has a new addition to the Katers Restaurant kitchen – Executive Chef Twan Wyers.
Born in Holland, Chef Wyers progressed in his career to work around the great restaurants of The Netherlands, before travelling and working throughout Australia, the South Pacific, South East Asia and New Zealand, where he worked at the world renowned Huka Lodge for five years as Executive Chef.
