Katers restaurant in the Southern Highlands NSW is open seven days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We welcome Peppers Manor House guests, local residents and diners from further afield looking for a gourmet taste sensation.
Breakfast: 7am -10.30am
All day dining: 12pm - 9pm
Lunch: 12pm - 2.30pm
Dinner: 6pm - 9pm

Well Fed Lunch and Spa Package
Spend a morning or afternoon induling with delicious gourmet delights and a relaxing endota spa treatment. A beautiful way to take time out to relax or to enjoy a girls day out. Our endota treatment room includes two treatment beds so couples treatments and treatments with friends are easily accommodated. Your package includes:
- One hour relaxation massage or endota organic facial

High Tea at the Manor
The grand country style of Peppers Manor House is the perfect setting for the revival of this great British tradition with finger sandwiches, pastries and cakes served with a selection of fine teas or coffee. Relax together beside the fire in the baronial Great Hall or one of the intimate guest lounges or in summer indulge in your dainty delights amidst the manicured gardens.

Chef Profile – Executive Chef Twan Wijers
Peppers Manor House has a new addition to the Katers Restaurant kitchen – Executive Chef Twan Wijers. Born in Holland, Chef Wijers progressed in his career to work around the great restaurants of The Netherlands, before travelling and working throughout Australia, the South Pacific, South East Asia and New Zealand, where he worked at the world renowned Huka Lodge for five years as Executive Chef. He then moved to Australia to take on the challenge for four years as Executive Chef at Hamilton Island's five-star Beach Club resort. Having cooked for the likes of the Rolling Stones, Tina Turner and royalty, Chef Wijers will now bring his talents to the tables at Katers.
