At Peppers Blue on Blue Resort we believe sensational cuisine is a key ingredient in your memorable wedding celebration. We offer a selection of menu styles from buffet to alternate drop to canapés.

Boardwalk Restaurant & Bar, our onsite restaurant have put together gourmet menus highlighting fresh tropical produce and fine wine.
 
Your choice includes a selection of set, alternate and choice two and three course menus, a sumptuous seafood buffet or buffet style dinner and elegant hot and cold canapé including a selection of fork dishes. We also offer the option of having your wedding cake as dessert; we will prepare your cake for each guest with a dressing of Chantilly cream and berries.

Should our menus not satisfy your tastes the talented team at Boardwalk Restaurant & Bar can tailor the menu exclusively for you and special dietary requirements can also be catered for.

We also offer a selection of beverage packages to compliment our menus or the option of a bar tab (consumption basis).
