Chef Profile - Nathan Ackland
Nathan Ackland joined Peppers Beach Club in 2015 and has 22 years’ experience in many diverse areas within the hospitality industry.
His experience includes working as Head Chef in many restaurants, working front of house, and opening several establishments including his own restaurant, which featured in the Age Good Food Guide.
Nathan has worked with Barry Vera from the TV show Feast, alongside Jacques Reymond at Gigis, and is former owner/operator of the multi-award winning restaurant The Green Shed.
Nathan’s food ethos is all about flavour profiling, maximising flavours out of fresh local products. He enjoys cooking food using traditional styles while utilising modern techniques.
