At Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas you can indulge in an array of dining experiences.

Sublime Bar & Grill offers a contemporary Australian menu featuring the freshest ingredients and some of the best cuisine you'll find in Tropical North Queensland.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7.00am until 10.30am. Choose from the continental buffet or one of our hot a la carte options.

Lunch is served either poolside on the beach, on the cafe terrace or in the restaurant between 12.00noon and 6pm daily.

Dinner is served nightly at Sublime Bar & Grill, with reservations starting from 6.00pm to 8.30pm. Please liaise with our food and beverage staff to arrange your evening dinner reservation.  

A beachside BBQ is served every Wednesday and a Mediterranean grill every Sunday in an intimate setting around the Cafe Terrace poolside.

Sublime fully licensed bar is open daily from 10.00am until late. Come in and try one of our many delightful beverages or simply relax by the beach pool and have your beverage delivered to your sunlounge.

In-room dining includes Candlelit dinners on your private balcony or you can select your choice of meat in one of our Barbeque packs. Create your own dinner by selecting from a choice of delectable options.
