Succumb to the delicate flavours of crisp fried soft shell crab served with homemade chilli jam, wasabi aioli and flat bread before delighting in confit pork belly, baby beetroot and rocket salad with soft herbed Meredith goats cheese.
For breakfast, choose from the continental buffet or one of our hot a la carte options while lunch is served either poolside on the beach, on the cafe terrace or in the restaurant. Dinner is served nightly at Sublime Bar & Grill and we welcome you to liaise with our food and beverage staff to arrange your evening dinner reservation.
A Gourmet BBQ is served every Sunday. Pick the meat of your choice from the daily cuts then mix and match delicious salads and sides from our buffet.
Sublime fully licensed bar is open daily from 10.00am until late. Come in and try one of our many delightful beverages or simply relax by the beach pool and have your beverage delivered to your sunlounge.

Chef Profile - Karl Wulf
Executive Chef Karl Wulf is a welcome addition to the team and Peppers Beach Club, Port Douglas. Chef is a well rounded with experience in all facets of the kitchen. He has worked across a number of well known destinations within New Zealand, Australia and Samoa. With a passion for local produce, simple and clean flavours, Chef perfectly teams seasonal dishes with the tropical atmosphere of Port Douglas.
