At Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas you can indulge in an array of dining experiences.

Cascades Restaurant offers a contemporary Australian menu featuring the freshest ingredients and some of the best cuisine you'll find in Tropical North Queensland.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7.00am until 11.00am. Choose from the continental buffet or one of our hot a la carte options.

Lunch is served either poolside on the beach, on the cafe terrace or in the restaurant between 12.00pm and 4.00pm daily.

Dinner is served nightly at Cascades Restaurant, with reservations starting from 6.00pm to 8.30pm. Please liaise with our food and beverage staff to arrange your evening dinner reservation.  

A beachside BBQ is served every Wednesday and Sunday in an intimate setting around the Cafe Terrace poolside.

Cascades fully licensed bar is open daily from 10.00am until late. Come in and try one of our many delightful beverages or simply relax by the beach pool and have your beverage delivered to your sunlounge.

In-room dining includes Candlelit dinners on your private balcony or you can select your choice of meat in one of our Barbeque packs. Create your own dinner by selecting from a choice of delectable options.

Chef Profile - Jeremy Sneddon

Jeremy first embarked on his career in the Hospitality industry as a 16 year old in Auckland. Once finding his feet he moved to the United Kingdom where he worked for the large hotel chain Radisson SAS under the direction of top French and Swiss Michelin starred chefs and running kitchens in five star hotels throughout Scotland.

Upon returning to New Zealand Jeremy worked for various iconic restaurants throughout Auckland city including “Prego” and “Red”. Three years later he decided to move to Australia and spent three years working in Airlie Beach running the French restaurant “Panache”. Following success in Airlie Beach he ventured across to Peth where he took charge of a small dine dining establishment and catering company also called “Panache”.

In 2006, Jeremy moved to Sydney to take the executive chef position at “The Barn Café and Restaurant” where he over saw a large scale catering company, a 130 patron seating restaurant and a gourmet deli. Jeremy was also given the opportunity at “The Barn Café and Restaurant” to share his passion and knowledge of food in cooking classes.
