Executive Chef  Thomas Ege is a welcome addition to the team and Peppers Beach Club & Spa, Palm Cove.

Thomas is an Internationally renowned Chef who has worked in the Cayman Island, throughout Europe at hatted restaurants and joins Peppers Beach Club & Spa from the well known Sassafras Creek  at the foot of the Blue Mountains.
