When you stay with Peppers Balé Salt, you have some extra special dining experiences available to you. Whether you choose to dine in the comfort of your apartment with a private chef preparing your meal, or you prefer to visit one of Northern New South Wales most acclaimed restaurants, you are assured a satisfying gourmet experience.
In-Room Dining
One of the very special touches that come with staying at Peppers Balé is a unique in-room dining experience, where our talented kitchen team creates a magnificent three-course meal in your suite which is served to you by a dedicated wait person.
Whether you are having a romantic dinner for two or a dinner party for six, you will be taken on a world-class dining experience featuring the best produce from the local Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales regions.
With a minimum of 48 hours notice, your Balé Host can arrange all of the details. A three-course dinner plus a glass of sparkling wine and tapas starters is $400 per couple. Additional guests are $150 each.
A usual in-room dining (room service) menu is also available for delivery to your suite or poolside.
Bale Breakfast Hamper
When you stay at Peppers Balé Salt, breakfast is automatically included in your room rate. We understand that some mornings you just don’t feel like going down to the restaurant for a full breakfast and may prefer something lighter in the privacy of your suite. Just let your Balé Host know that you would prefer breakfast served in your room. Your breakfast basket includes a choice of delicious muesli, fruit salad, yoghurt and danishes as well as coffee/tea made to your liking.
Season
Season is the restaurant taking the Tweed Coast’s gourmet scene by storm. It has been acclaimed by critics from all over the world for its friendly service, contemporary design and magnificent menu featuring the best of the local food trail.
The innovative and seasonally inspired menu offers fresh local and organic ingredients from the Gold Coast Hinterland and Northern Rivers produce-belt. Season’s ingredients are sourced from local growers and the food is served in the way nature intended, with hormone and antibiotic-free meat, and cheeses delivered straight from Tamborine Mountain.

Salt Village Dining
Salt Village features an impressive range of dining experiences including the acclaimed Fins at Salt Seafood Restaurant. Under the direction of Steven Snow, FINS has been awarded 2 Chef Hats by Sydney Morning Herald's Good Food Guide Awards every year since 1998. FINS cuisine is not traditional, but rather an interpretation of the best flavours and cooking methods discovered during Steven's travels and guest chef appearances. Read more about FINS.
Other offerings include Piccolo Gelato, Saltbean Espresso Bar, Sea Salt Ristorante Pizzeria and Mahsuri Thai, perfect for an enjoyable evening meal or grab a quick bite to eat.
The Saltbar Beachbar and Bistro offers yet another relaxed dining option. The elevated deck overlooking South Kingscliff Beach makes a perfect location for dining or a cooling beverage at any time of day.
