One of the very special touches that come with staying at Peppers Balé is a unique in-room dining experience, where our talented kitchen team creates a magnificent three-course meal in your suite which is served to you by a dedicated wait person.
Whether you are having a romantic dinner for two or a dinner party for six, you will be taken on a world-class dining experience featuring the best produce from the local Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales regions.

With a minimum of 48 hours notice, your Balé Host can arrange all of the details. A three-course dinner plus a glass of sparkling wine and tapas starters is $500 per couple. Additional guests are $165 each. Maximum six guests. Wine supplied by the guest will incur a $25.00 corkage fee per person.
A usual in-room dining (room service) menu is also available for delivery to your suite or poolside.
Bale Breakfast Hamper
When you stay at Peppers Balé Salt, breakfast is automatically included in your room rate. We understand that some mornings you just don't feel like going down to the restaurant for a full breakfast and may prefer something lighter in the privacy of your suite. Just let your Balé Host know that you would prefer breakfast served in your room. Your breakfast basket includes a choice of delicious muesli, fruit salad, yoghurt and danishes as well as coffee/tea made to your liking.
Treat yourself to the culinary delights featured on the gourmet menu of our signature restaurant, Season, enjoy the freshest local and organic produce the Northern Rivers has to offer, with local ingredients from the rich volcanic soil of Mt Warning to the abundant seafood of the Pacific Ocean. Chef de Cuisine Daniel Watt uses his wealth of knowledge to create menus so consistently fresh and original that in 2014 received a third consecutive Australian Good Food Guide Chef’s Hat award.

Chef Profile - Daniel Watt
As Chef de Cuisine of Season Restaurant at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, Kingscliff. Daniel Watt’s ‘Modern Australian’ menus demonstrate his love of blending international flavours with local, seasonal Australian produce. With over 14 years of experience, Daniel’s immense knowledge of flavour and texture characterised his Gourmet Traveller reader event menus, much to the delight of diners.
Daniel was drawn to cooking from an early age and developed his gourmet repertoire in some of Australia’s best restaurants and 5-star Hotels, including the InterContinental at Circular Quay where he took charge of Café Opera, and Otto Ristorante in Woolloomooloo.
At Kingscliff, Daniel Watt is in his element, with the ocean and rich volcanic soil produce of the Northern Rivers to create from, keeping his menus consistently fresh and surprisingly original - the kind of great food that people come back for with each new season.
