Situated in Hepburn Springs, just over an hour from Melbourne and three minutes from Daylesford, Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat offers superb accommodation following in the warm grandeur that characterises the retreat. There are 40 luxurious rooms to choose from including a self-contained, beautifully restored 1864 Villa Parma with four exquisite bedrooms.

Executive Chef Martin Horsely is a fanatic for fresh ingredients, and will draw on the abundance of Daylesford regional fruits, vegetables, and agriculture to create menus that genuinely work with the seasons. Horsley’s initial focus will be putting glamour back into the country dining experience at the comfortably luxurious yet intimate Wild Birch Dining Room, with dishes worthy of the stunning history, architecture and romanticism that make this property so special.

Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat welcomes children but does not specifically cater for guests aged 14 years and under. Please note there are no facilities or entertainment for children provided and no children’s menu provided in the restaurant.
