Swiss born Pascal Meyes is the sophisticated executive chef for Hanners Restaurant and Bar at Peppers The Sands, Torquay. He has had extensive training throughout Europe, Canada, Alaska, Chile, Argentina, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and New Zealand, just to name a few. With many cuisines now in his repertoire, Pascal seeks only to cook with the freshest local produce and deliver the finest of dishes.
