Combining astonishingly fresh produce, precise technique and dishes conceived out of creativity, Hanners Restaurant offers modern Australian cuisine with Mediterranean influences and hints of impressive international flavours.

The delicious gourmet pizzas fresh from our open pizza oven captures the essence of it all with home-made bases and a daily offering of exotic toppings. One of the most popular pizzas is the Calabrese salami, sun-dried tomato, olive and chilli with a Napoli sauce.

With excellent produce from the Surf Coast region as the starting point, the menu also offers sage dusted Victorian chicken breast with seeded mustard mash, lemon peppered western plains pork steak with sweet potato puree, mild spiced Gippsland veal shanks with green split peas, charred flat bread and house made yogurt. Using only free range chicken and pork, along with herbs, spices, sauces and pastes blended in our very own kitchen, there's sure to be something to entice everyone's palate.

Finish with any one of our delectable desserts made on-site including warm sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and freshly whipped cream, white chocolate and baileys brulee with hazelnut biscotti, or one of our famous surf coast chai lattes.

Our inspiring team of talented chefs aim to make the dining experience at Hanners a unique experience ensuring the restaurant remains one of the most desired dining destinations for locals and visitors. Surrounded by large balconies where guests can enjoy a drink or a casual bite, Hanners Restaurant has magnificent ambience with an open fire and plush sofas with daily newspapers to peruse at your leisure.

Hanners Restaurant, Bar and Clubhouse is open 7 days from 7am for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A snack menu is available 11am - 6pm. 24 hour room service menu is available for in-house guests (trading hours may vary).
