Ballroom

As our largest and premium venue, the Ballroom is ideal for large dinners and conferences. Presentations will have impact with the use of screens on either side of the room for great visibility and an in-house audio system. This room reconfigured into two separate rooms – Charlton Room and Hibiscus Room.

Charlton Room

Suited to dinners and medium sized conferences, the Charlton Room boasts an in-house audio system and adjustable light settings.

Hibiscus Room

Similar to the previous room, the Hibiscus Room is also suited to dinners and medium sized conferences. An in-house audio system and adjustable light settings are fitted.

Fraser Room

Overlooking the lagoon style pool and featuring ample natural light, the Fraser Room is perfect for small groups looking for a more private and intimate venue.

Bryce Room

With natural light filtering through and a view of the lagoon style pool, the Bryce Room is suited to boardroom meeting and even includes a Nespresso coffee machine.

Pre-Function Area

The pre-function area at the entrance to the Ballroom is an ideal space for a cocktail party with an abundance of natural light and space creating setting a great atmosphere. The space also work well for trade shows as it allows delegates to walk through on their way to the main conference room.
