The dining experience at your wedding will be a taste sensation with our signature restaurant Montfort's Dining Room at the helm.

Montfort's Dining Room has gained an enviable reputation in the Southern Highlands for fine food and wine and under the direction of our executive chef presents sumptuous menu choices.

Imagine delicate smoked salmon mousse with Riesling aspic and petit salad for starters followed with oven roasted sirloin with glazed baby onions served with a red wine and thyme jus complemented with a rich chocolate mud cake with berry coulis and double cream pumpkin and maple syrup tart.

The different styles of menus include a canapé menu with a selection of hot and cold canapé perfect as pre-dinner starts or for casual receptions, a traditional three course selection and a buffet menu with meat platters, delicious hot and cold dishes and a selection of deserts.

Our menus are flexible and can be tailored to reflect your own personal taste and special dietary requirements, including vegetarian and gluten free, can be catered for.

There are four levels of wine and beverage packages to choose from, all designed to enhance your dining experience. Our packages include wines from Seppelt, Annie's Lane and Penfolds.
