The different styles of menus include a canapé menu with a selection of hot and cold canapés perfect as pre-dinner starts or for casual receptions. For more formal affairs, a traditional three course selection and a buffet menu with meat platters, delicious hot and cold dishes and a selection of desserts are also available. Peppers Craigieburn can also arrange an elaborate Wedding Banquet featuring fresh local ingredients and imaginative dishes.
Our menus are flexible and can be tailored to reflect your own personal taste and special dietary requirements, including vegetarian and gluten free. There are three levels of wine and beverage packages to choose from, all designed to enhance your dining experience.
