Celebrate the last night of the year at Montfort’s Dining Room with our Four Course Degustation Dinner onsite at Peppers Craigieburn. Escape the madness of the night and enjoy four of the finest dishes prepared by the Executive Chef with matching wines.
First course: Seared scallops, roast cauliflower puree, parsnip crisps, house made dukkah, harissa sauce.
Second course: Ballontine of duck, shitake and spec farce, risotto de vin blanc, red currant & pinot noir reduction
or: Pan fried swordfish, lyonnaise potatoes, asparagus, stout & anchovy sauce
Third course: Chocolate Jaffa sphere, pistachio crumb, raspberry sherbet, granny smith fluid gel
Fourth course: Cheese plate with Small Cow Farm cheese & Pecora Dairy accompanied by truffle honey, lavosh crackers & Shiraz jelly
