Executive Chef Warrick Brook has prepared a seasonal and locally sourced 2 and 3 course menu just for the occasion.
Select from peppered beef carpaccio, tunnel mushroom and pinenut arancini with garlic aioli, pan fried lamb rack, slow cooked pork belly, crispy skin barramundi and for dessert a delicious classic golden syrup steamed sponge, crème anglaise with run and raisin compote.
2 course $55 per person
3 course $65 per person
The price of Father’s Day lunch also includes a voucher for one round of golf for Dad (valid for 6 months).
