The beautiful Southern Highlands sets the scene for a celebration of regional food and wine, with guest chef for the night Frank Comorra, joining Executive Chef Warrick Brook at one of the region's favourite restaurants.
Montfort's is already known for its passion for local growers and seasonal produce, as the night's menu reflects. Guests will enjoy a degustation dinner with matched wines by Gourmet Traveller WINE writer, Nick Stock, who will be in attendance along with Gourmet Traveller WINE editor Judy Sarris.
Pre-dinner drinks at 7pm, Dinner 7.30pm

Stop off at Bowral for a gourmet encounter with the Southern Highlands food trail. You'll be introduced to the best of the region on arrival, with drinks hosted by one of our neighbouring wineries (with a special offer just for the occasion). A Food Trail Map of the region will be in your room and our friends at Food Path are organising a hosted tour of the Southern Highlands trail. Includes a regional, seasonal dinner with matched wines and breakfast.
