We'll be slow cooking a pig on the spit from 11am, based in Pigs Fly beer - our local Southern Highlands brewery. When you arrive at 4pm you will be greeted by an outdoor bar, a complimentary bottle of Pigs Fly beer and lawn games to get into the swing of things. At 5pm the team from Pigs Fly will be hosting the beer master class, tasting and discussing the beer making processes before dinner commences at 6pm. You'll wine and dine on long communal tables and enjoy a night cap by the fire pit as the light fades.
