Peppers Convent Hunter Valley is just two hours drive from Sydney and was once home to the Brigidine Order of Nuns at Coonamble in New South Wales before being carefully transported 600kms to where it now sits in the Pepper Tree Estate today.

Lovingly restored to reflect the building's charming heritage and character, Peppers Convent Hunter Valley infuses the ambience of a peaceful French Baroque hotel mixed with the distinctive character of an Australian country guest house. Boasting 17 well appointed rooms, you'll find all the comforts you envisaged at Peppers Convent.
