At Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas we believe that fine food and wine is a key ingredient to the success of a magical and memorable wedding.
Our onsite Sublime Bar & Grill present numerous menus for your wedding all offering Mediterranean, Asian and Australian influenced cuisine enhanced by the freshest local produce of the season.
Your choice includes a variety of one choice, two choice and three choice three course menus, a barbeque style buffest, sumptuous seafood barbeque buffet and hot and cold canapé menu with canapé style deserts.
Your three course menu could include for entre grilled garlic & coriander Lamb fillet served with mixed leaves and cherry tomatoes, drizzled with pink peppercorn dressing followed by a main of mouth-watering lemon myrtle dusted market fish on mitsuba mash with asparagus & lime beurre blanc. These taste sensations could then be complimented with berry bread & butter pudding with warm butterscotch sauce & vanilla bean gelato.

There are also two unique offsite dining experiences available for your wedding. These include ‘Dining With the Lions’ in the lion’s den at the Cairns Wildlife Safari Reserve and ‘Flames of the Forest’ offering dining nestled in the middle of the ancient Daintree rainforest.
