Join Ben O’Donoghue, one of Australia’s original, most loved celebrity chefs, at the upcoming Masterclass and Luncheon at Peppers Beach Club & Spa.

This is set to be a fabulous event with Ben and Chef Thomas creating an Interactive live cooking demonstration featuring fresh local reef fish!  The class will be run on Saturday 4th of October in conjunction with Reef Feast.

Peppers teams up with Nick Stock, one of Australia’s most prolific, informed and engaging wines commentators and internationally recognised purveyor of fine sparkling wine requiring no introduction, Janz!

To celebrate Reef Feast, Nick will explain Janz’s secrets and Executive Chef Thomas Ege will deliver a stunning selection of North Queensland produce to match each of the four wines showcased.

Finish the evening with a fifth and final glass of a special selection from Janz, personally chosen by Nick, accompanied by locally sourced cheeses from the Tablelands and Daintree Estates chocolates.

Dress to impress in your resort cocktail wear as the best dressed individuals are entered into a prize draw for accommodation for two, inclusive of breakfast in a ocean view penthouse and a bottle of Janz.

Peppers Beach Club & Spa, Palm Cove, presents the Janz Sparkling & Pol Roger Champagne Bar on Lime & Pepper deck Saturday 11 October from 4pm - 9pm.

The Champagne Bar, under the giant Melaleuca trees with private lounged area and relaxed beachside tunes, is where Nick Stock, one of Australia’s most prolific, informed and engaging wine commentators, will host the evening featuring Janz & Pol Roger.

Renowned Executive Chef Thomas Ege will create tantalizing tasting plates with fresh, locally sourced produce priced at $5 and $10 each.

Live entertainment will feature throughout Palm Cove during the afternoon with fireworks in the evening.
