Pepper deck Saturday 11 October from 4pm - 9pm.
The Champagne Bar, under the giant Melaleuca trees with private lounged area and relaxed beachside
tunes, is where Nick Stock, one of Australia’s most prolific, informed and engaging wine commentators, will
host the evening featuring Janz & Pol Roger.
Renowned Executive Chef Thomas Ege will create tantalizing tasting plates with fresh, locally sourced
produce priced at $5 and $10 each.
Live entertainment will feature throughout Palm Cove during the afternoon with fireworks in the evening.
