Part of the national Wine Wars dining series launched by Peppers, Peppers Beach Club & Spa in Palm Cove will host the fifth battle, showcasing two heavyweights in the wine industry. In this battle, Gourmet Traveller Wine's Nick Stock will be your host and wine critic for the evening, as winemakers Paul Smith of Wirra Wirra and Virginia Willcock of Vasse Felix battle it out to become the Wine Wars favourite winery. It will be a great evening of entertainment for wine buffs and avid enthusiasts alike, with reward for those with the best palates.
Includes 3 courses designed by internationally renowned Executive Chef Thomas Ege, with two masked wines poured for entrée, main and dessert. Choose your favourite wines and at the end of the evening, the winning Wine Wars winemaker will be revealed.
