Located just 20 minutes from Ballina, an hour south of Gold Coast Airport and two hours south of Brisbane’s Domestic and International Airports, Peppers Coorabell Retreat offers recently refurbished Rainforest and Hinterland View suites that allow you to relax and take in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

During your Byron Hinterland escape at Peppers Coorabell Retreat you can choose to do as little or much as you like. For lunch you can rest by the banks of Wilson Creek while enjoying a barbeque or spread out a picnic blanket, pour a glass of wine and enjoy a delicious picnic prepared by our chefs at Wilson’s by the Creek restaurant. During the warmer months you can laze by the lagoon pool or immerse in the relaxing spa. You can also choose to spoil yourself with a soothing in-room massage or revitalising beauty treatment.

Of an evening you will be treated to superb food and wine at our recently refurbished onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek. The restaurant offers a tranquil dinning atmosphere with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding hinterland and rainforest. Serving exquisite modern Australian cuisine, Wilson’s by the Creek’s menu showcases the freshest produce available in the Byron Bay region as well as herbs, fruit and vegetables grown onsite.

At Peppers Coorabell Retreat you are within easy reach of an abundance of natural wonders, adventures, tours and unique experiences. Within the surrounding Byron Hinterland you can explore various quaint towns and national parks.
