Join the Argus Dining Room’s Executive Chef David Willcocks and Restaurant Manager Tristan Fraser on a culinary adventure.
Limited to 14 people, the day will begin with morning tea on arrival at Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel in Hepburn Springs. From here you will be transported to Georgie Patterson’s Trufferie to learn about the world of truffles and see a truffle dog harvest demonstration. A rustic lunch with local wine served in the trufferie will be provided with an opportunity to buy truffles direct from Georgie.
Private Dining By Night
After the day’s adventure relax at Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel and meet sommelier Jeremy Shiell over a pre-dinner Prosecco before being seated to experience an 8 course dinner, served with matched Italian wines, in the private dining room of the acclaimed Argus Dining Room.

Saturday 9th August 10.30am start from Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel, dinner 6.00pm – late.
$410 per person. Limited to 14 people for each event.
A dinner only option is also available for $275 per person including matched wines.
