From an intimate function, to a lavish affair for up to 80 guests, Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat provides the perfect setting for your wedding day. The Art Deco Retreat features a beautiful garden setting, outdoor terraces, an elegant indoor function room and a gorgeously appointed restaurant.

Ceremonies

Ceremonies can be held in our gardens located at the front of the retreat, in our Function room, The Springs, or in the gardens of the historic Villa Parma (Site Fee applies).

Receptions

Receptions can be held in our function room, The Springs, or Wild Birch restaurant.

The Springs Function Room

Celebrate your special day with loved one while enjoying sole use of our purpose built function room, The Springs which can seat up to 72 guests (chair covers are included in the wedding reception packages).

Wild Birch restaurant

With classic art deco features, enjoy your wedding reception in a refined dining space which seats up to 80 guests. If utilising Wild Birch restaurant, a minimum of 14 accommodation rooms in the main hotel building must be booked. (No minimum of rooms need be booked if using The Springs Function Room)

Accommodation

We would be happy to coordinate accommodation packages for your guests.

Complimentary Champagne and light supper is provided for the bride and groom if utilising accommodation on the wedding night.

* A minimum of 14 Rooms in the main retreat must be booked if using Wild Birch restaurant for reception. Bookings on a Saturday night have a two-night minimum stay policy.
