Peppers Springs Retreat & Spa Hepburn Springs' comfortable accommodation continues the warm Art Deco theme that characterises the entire retreat.

Traditional Hotel Room

Our Traditional Hotel Rooms are located on the first floor of the main hotel building and are decorated in a modern Art Deco style decor. Each Traditional Hotel Room sleeps two people in a queen bed. 

Traditional Garden Rooms

Located behind the hotel, these rooms sleep two people in a king or two single beds. Refurbished in a modern, country style decor, these rooms also feature an outdoor setting.

Hotel Spa Rooms

Our modern Hotel Spa Rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel and are decorated in an Art Deco style decor. They have a bath-style spa and sleep two people in a queen size bed. Some Hotel Spa Rooms also have a private balcony.

Garden Spa

These rooms are decorated in a modern, country style decor and have a two person spa bath on a private outdoor deck. These rooms are located behind the hotel and sleep two to three people in a king and single bed.

Hotel Superior Room

The modern, Art Deco style Hotel Superior Rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel each with its own unique style. Hotel Superior Rooms sleep two people in a queen bed. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the large two person tub.

Contemporary Superior Rooms

Our brand new Contemporary Superior Rooms are located a short walk through the lower gardens of the property and sleep two people in a king or two single beds. Each Contemporary Superior Room has a large two person spa tub in the bedroom.

Terrace Room

Located on the first floor of the hotel, our spacious Terrace Room sleeps two people in a king bed. Featuring a two person spa bath set into the bay window, the Terrace Room also features a private outdoor terrace.

Spa Villas

Our luxurious Spa Villas offer expansive floor space over two levels and offer guests the privacy of a self-contained option with the convenience of a hotel. All villas have flat screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms, two person spa tubs, top of the range appliances, air-conditioning and parking. Take a short stroll through the gardens along well-lit paths to relax in the hotel lounge and bar, DECO restaurant or Mineral Spa.

Villa Parma

Our 1864 heritage listed, self contained Villa Parma with four bedrooms and en-suites, is luxuriously furnished whilst maintaining original features throughout. The Villa also offers a private garden with an outdoor pavilion and the original cellar with its spring water-well is an unrivalled function space.
