Facilities include elegant male and female change rooms and individual lockers, robes and slippers, a guest relaxation lounge with an open fire in winter and organic teas, 11 treatment rooms (most duos), the only operating soft pak float beds in the Southern Hemisphere that can only be described as heavenly - the bed floor recedes and you are floating on a hammock of warm water without getting wet, 180-jet hydrotherapy spa baths and the unique Retreat water therapy zone which is an exclusive indoor/outdoor area overlooking the Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat property and landscaped gardens.
There are two hot mineral- water plunge spa pools to revive and a cooler plunge pool to invigorate. The fully mechanical, essential-oil infused European basalt stone bath sauna has to be seen to be believed. The hot rocks are plunged into the copper cauldron filled with essential oils so sit back relax and be truly warmed. As soon as you step into our infrared detox box the gentle warmth from within envelops you to enhance the body's natural cleansing process. The wet steam room assists in opening the pores and clearing chest and sinus congestion. Lying back on the ChiOxy leg exerciser for 15 minutes oxygenates the blood equivalent to a 90 minute walk.
Mineral Spa uses Li'Tya, Pevonia Botanica and ELES mineral makeup in their anti stress, de-ageing and skin boosting treatments. You can choose from the fabulous accommodation/day spa packages OR if you are staying off-site, there are six great value day packages to choose from such as the Ultimate Springs Indulgence which includes a 60 min Retreat Access Pass, 30 minute hydrotherapy bath, a 90 min massage of your choice, 60 min Pevonia spa botanical facial, 45 min Li'Tya mud wrap on a soft pak float bed and a delicious 2 course lunch in Wild Birch.
For mothers and daughters who are looking to soak up precious time together, Mineral Spa has created the Mother & Daughter Indulgence Package. Designed exclusively for the bride-to-be and her mother it is the perfect way for daughter’s to say thank you for the role she has played in her life. This truly soothing and pampered experience includes a 60 minute relaxation massage, 60 minute Retreat Access Pass to the mineral water therapy zone and sumptuous two course lunch in the luxuriously relaxing Conservatory.

There is nothing more seductive than soaking in steaming mineral spa baths, enveloped by the constellation of night time stars. The winter months in the country provide the ultimate astrological theatre; far away from the city lights “pollution”, with the longer winter nights placing the planets higher and in more direct view. Making the most of this twilight express, Mineral Spa has launched Night Bathing for the winter months. Every Friday 7pm- 9pm, Mineral Spa’s much acclaimed mineral water therapy zone, The Retreat, is transformed into a steamy twilight haven.
