The Conservatory opens out to all day sun, and is elegantly furnished with soft cushioned banquettes, comfortable cane chairs and hanging pendulum lamps. Choose from the gourmet buffet featuring produce picked fresh from the hotel farm ‘Vale Hill’ or some breakfast favourites from the cooked to order menu.

Guests will enjoy a fresh, seasonal menu that utilises produce grown in the onsite Argus Kitchen Garden as well as rare breed beef and lamb from the owners nearby farm 'Vale Hill' in Smeaton.
