Located an easy 75-minute drive from the Melbourne CBD along the Western Highway and just 60 minutes from the Melbourne Airport on the Calder Freeway in the Daylesford and Macedon Ranges, Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat is perfectly suited to conferences, meetings, executive retreats, product launches and team building activities. 

Our conference centre offers two flexible conference rooms featuring refreshing natural light and all the meeting facilities you require. Our largest room, “The Springs” can cater for 100 delegates in a private environment with a contemporary lounge with an open fire place. Alternatively, “The Retreat” room is ideal for smaller intimate conferences and can be divided into two smaller rooms seating 15 delegates theatre style.

At Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat Hepburn Springs we savour exquisite food and wine and offer conference groups a range of dining experiences. Our chefs of our signature Wild Birch restaurant will tailor a menu to your group's needs. To keep your conference delegates alert choose our selection of light and healthy working lunches and for a unique and memorable evening of dining our murder mystery dinner in the Villa Parma cellar or a sit down dinner with live music in the stylish Wild Birch restaurant are a must.

There is a multitude of leisure and teambuilding activities available within easy reach of Peppers Mineral Springs Retreat. Accommodation is set within close proximity of the conference centre and of an evening can be accessed along well lit pathways. Our retreat encompasses 40 luxurious rooms that can cater for up to 70 delegates. For groups requiring additional accommodation we easily organise rooms in neighbouring properties.
