"I just wanted to thank you for all of your help with the wedding, which we LOVED.  I have such magical memories that I will treasure forever.  We really had a wonderful time, and I genuinely want to thank you for your part in that.

So many people commented on the venue as well as the delicious food, which was also plentiful.  Rich's mum, in particular, raved over the cheeses and antipasto (and bread) and said the ravioli was delicious!!  Even my eldest sister, Andrea, who is a real foodie thought the food was great.  I was so relieved to get an Andrea tick of approval!!  I only regret that I didn't get to taste everything myself (I was too busy excitedly running around). Anyway, please pass my thanks onto the chef.  Please also thank the team who looked after us on the night.  They did a very professional job.

The venue looked beautiful and the set up worked exceptionally well - just the right amount of seating and certainly the right amount of space.  Having the lanterns and lights on the balcony added a sense of magic at night.  Another thing that worked well was the walking in of the chocolate cart.  The band announced it, and you should have seen the excitement.  It wasn't just the kids that rushed up - there were adults elbowing each other to get to it!  The jams were also very popular.  We made 140 of them and they all went, with some people missing out.  <

The honeymoon suite was also fantastic (I realised last night that I left my iPhone charger in it, but I have just emailed Sarah about that).

Anyway, we had a really lovely night, so thank you again.  I'll send you some pics when we get them (which won't be for a couple of weeks)."

Libby, thank you for making the transition from working with Samala to yourself so smooth and worry free.  You showed genuine excitement for us during our planning and were always available to answer any of our questions.  Nothing seemed too difficult for you.  From  your personal touch, such as giving both of us and our best man coffees on a cold winters day, to putting together a thorough running sheet for the events of the big day, you really looked after us.

There are so many more great things we could say about having our wedding at Peppers the Sands but if we did this letter would never end.  So instead we say, we can’t thank everyone enough and can’t wait to recommend your establishment to all our friends and family who have not yet experienced your service for themselves.
