At Peppers The Sands Resort there are five venues suited to conferencing, of which a number can be combined to accommodate larger numbers. Meeting facilities within these rooms include:

Deluxe Suites

Suitable for up to 10 delegates, these very private facilities are ideal for small executive meetings or as small breakout areas.  A large lounge area, ensuite, separate powder room and a private balcony with spectacular views are also featured.

This room is suitable for sponsors, as well as morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea breaks. The room features a sweeping bar, open fireplace, terrace access and lounge space making it ideal for pre dinner drinks, gala evenings and dinners.


The second of the three large function rooms, this versatile room can cater for up to 150 delegates theatre style and is suited to any function, be it cocktail, presentation, meeting or product launches. Floor to ceiling windows allowing natural light are featured along with automated blackout blinds and terrace access.


The third of three large function rooms, the Cobden room caters for up 150 theatre style and is suited to any function. With floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light, automated blackout blinds are fitted and there is access to the terrace from this room.

Cobden & Harrow

Combined these two rooms can cater for up to 350 delegates theatre style and is perfect for large conference groups.

Cobden, Harrow & Balmoral

With the bi-fold doors removed, all three clubhouse function rooms can hold up to 450 delegates theatre style. This versatile room is ideal for larger groups and suitable for events such as gala nights, product launches, presentations and exhibitions.

Retreat Room

'Retreat' to the 10th hole. This venue is located apart from the main clubhouse building and is ideal for private meetings and smaller executive groups. Suitable for up to 30 delegates theatre style, the Retreat Room offers full amenities and service.
