Menu Selection
Under the direction of executive chef, Matthew O’Brien, The Bayswater Bar & Bistro offer an extensive wedding menu showcasing masterfully created modern Australian dishes with an emphasis on seafood, fresh local produce and seasonal fare.
There is a menu suited to every style of reception including a selection of hot and cold canapé perfect as pre-dinner appetisers or for a relaxed and informal reception. There is also a variety of platters available.
Seated menus include the choice of a two or three course set or alternate menu with extensive options or standard buffet or seafood buffet both featuring hot and cold dishes, salads and desserts.
Should you choose from our two or three course menu you could be indulging in a refreshing rocket, poached pear and fried halloumi salad drizzled with a light orange and walnut dressing for starters followed with a mouth-watering roasted loin of pork, stuffed with apple, sage and prunes served on a zucchini and potato rösti with a marsala cream veloute.
If you have a sweet tooth you’ll find it difficult to decide on dessert with offerings including a white chocolate and passion fruit panna cotta served with a honey wafer.
There are a selection of beverage packages to choose, featuring Australian and New Zealand wines.
