Easily accessible from Airlie Beach and Hamilton Island, we can cater for small, intimate weddings with up to 54 guests or even couples wishing to elope. 

Your marriage ceremony can take place on the beach, in our luscious gardens or at our poolside and we offer a variety of reception venues for every style and taste. Choose from a romantic sunset cruise, breathtaking seaplane or helicopter flight, or a stunning candlelight dinner in our sumptuous La Riviera restaurant.

At Peppers Palm Bay it is our pleasure to liaise closely with you to ensure both you and your guests experience a perfect and memorable day. Encompassing our genuinely friendly service and the uniquely relaxed lifestyle Peppers Retreats are renowned for, we offer a complete wedding coordination service. The small and intimate nature our retreat allows us to coordinate the wedding you want and we can assist in arranging everything including hairdressers, celebrants, photographers, beauticians, flowers and music.

Our accommodation includes 25 deluxe beachfront Bungalows, Bures, Cabins and Suites that can accommodate up to 60 guest in house and we would be delighted to organise overnight accommodation packages including breakfast and transfers from the mainland for your guests. For the bride and groom wishing to surround themselves with family and friends our retreat is available on an exclusive use basis. Should your guest list exceed our accommodation capacity, further guests can be accommodated at Peppers Coral Coast at Airlie Beach or at our neighbouring property on Long Island.

This tropical paradise with the majestic Great Barrier Reef on its doorstep is also the perfect escape for a romantic and secluded honeymoon in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia or as an unforgettable setting to ask "Will you marry me?"
