PEPPERS CHEFS GATHER MORE TOP AWARD WINS UNDER THEIR HAT
An ongoing passion for culinary excellence and gourmet experiences has again resulted in top industry recognition for Peppers Retreats & Resorts, with a win of five Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG) Chef's Hat Awards.
The 2013 AGFG Chef’s Hat Awards have again honoured three Peppers restaurants in NSW who will retain their previously awarded Hats – Season Restaurant at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa; Wilson’s by the Creek at Peppers Coorabell Retreat Byron Bay, and Katers Restaurant at Peppers Manor House in the Southern Highlands.
A further two restaurants at Peppers resorts in Tasmania will receive their first AGFG Chef's Hat Awards - Cove Bar & Restaurant at Peppers York Cove George Town, and Mud Bar & Restaurant located within Peppers Seaport Launceston.
The AGFG Chef’s Hats have been awarded to discerning restaurants around Australia since 1982 and are handed out after careful deliberation by AGFG appointed inspectors who dine anonymously. Their reviews and the votes of the dining public then determine these results.
The latest wins for the boutique accommodation brand reflect the Peppers dedication and commitment to providing enticing gourmet experiences for guests and the success of the Peppers Gourmet Food Trail campaign initiated in 2012, inviting guests to discover local flavours and fresh produce prepared by Peppers chefs in a huge variety of Australian holiday regions.
