Peppers Broadbeach is officially hot property after winning industry award

It's now official to use 'Peppers Broadbeach' in the same sentence as 'Accommodation Excellence', following the jewel in the crown of the Peppers accommodation chain winning honours in the recent HM Awards.

The win for Peppers Broadbeach of 'Best New Property' was announced on September 3 at the Sydney award presentation for Hotel and Accommodation Management's HM Awards 2011 for Hotel and Accommodation Excellence, which recognise the accommodation industry's finest staff, properties, brands and chains across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

With the HM Awards seeing over 800 different properties nominated each year across 48 categories, and a judging panel of 50 industry professionals and travel media, Peppers Broadbeach accommodation General Manager Adam Taloni said he was extremely proud of the big win in such an important category.

“This award recognises that we are the best new property in the country, as voted by our peers,” said Mr Taloni.

“This HM Award for Best New Property follows hot on the heels of Peppers Broadbeach being ranked number one in Australia by travellers on the website Trip Advisor earlier in the year – a position we still hold due to recognition directly from our guests about the great experience they had with us.

“Our goal has always certainly been to deliver the very best guest experience – these awards and recognitions from industry and guests alike are positive signs that we are delivering on what we have set out to do since we opened our doors in November last year.”

Mr Taloni said Peppers Broadbeach stood apart from other new properties for a variety of reasons, including the genuinely personalised Peppers service for all guests, along with an amazing property featuring state of the art facilities and services – such as iPad use available for all guests for the duration of their stay.

“We provide the ultimate guest experience thanks to a combination of all that we offer,” he said.

Located at 21 Elizabeth Avenue, just 150 metres from the beach and foreshore parklands, five-star Peppers Broadbeach delivers a fusion of caring and professional service, sophisticated accommodation and advanced technology including iPad check-in, pool, sauna, gym, guest lounge, teppan grill, pool tables, private theatre, arcade games and Wii consoles, iPod docks, iPads loaded with free Wi-Fi and Apps, and free movies-on-demand.
