Peppers York Cove welcomes its new Executive Chef Jason Smith, who recently joined the team to share his extensive knowledge of fresh seasonal Tassie produce. When this is combined with the appeal of the Tamar Valley Wine Route region, Executive Chef Smith's aim is to make dinning at Peppers York Cove a truly memorable experience by drawing on his fine dining background and previous role as Head Chef at Tassie’s self-proclaimed ‘foodie institution’ Strathlynn, and his flair for cooking that has been influenced by small European providences where flavour innovation is complementary to the freshest meats, seafood and locally grown fruit and vegetables.
