PRIME POSITION: The Mantra Group has created a new position of Group Food and Beverage Manager for Peppers, BreakFree and Mantra, with the inaugural role being filled by former qualia General Manager Scott Robertson. Scott has received a warm welcome on the Gold Coast, where he has relocated for the new position. The new role will entail responsibility for all aspects of food and beverage operations within Mantra Group, including conferencing and events. Prior to his role on Hamilton Island, Scott has held senior positions with Sheraton Resorts in Fiji and Port Douglas.
