The Season for MasterChef
Peppers Salt Resort & Spa at Salt in Kingscliff has dished out culinary inspiration to MasterChef contestant Danielle Dixon, who chose to perform two weeks of work placement in June at the resort's renowned Season restaurant. After tasting the spectacular pork belly entrée at Season, created by Executive Chef Reuben Radonich during a Reward Lunch and Masterclass for the hit television series, Danielle was keen to learn more about Season's commitment to using fresh local seasonal produce. “I think it’s incredibly impressive to follow through on the same philosophy of local and seasonal for the whole organisation and it’s something that sets Peppers apart,” Danielle said.
