MasterChef inspires devine degustation at Peppers
Peppers Ruffles Lodge & Spa in the magnificent Gold Coast hinterland is taking Sunday lunch to a whole new level with two MasterChef inspired degustation events on August 7 and October 9.
Both events will be held at the retreat’s Ruffles Restaurant where internationally renowned Head Chef Steve Houghton will serve an outstanding degustation menu, featuring seasonal local produce from the hinterland.
On arrival, guests will be greeted with French champagne and canapés in the poolside gazebo… then it’s into the luxurious Ruffles Restaurant for an exquisite degustation lunch, MasterChef style.
At the end of the meal, Chef Houghton will personally meet with each guest, discuss each course and conduct a MasterChef inspired ‘Ingredients Test’ to determine who has the best nose for ingredients.
