Thanks to an exclusive partnership between MasterChef Australia and Peppers Retreats, Resorts and Hotels, Peppers Anchorage at Port Stephens is giving food fans a rare opportunity to meet and experience the gifted talents of last year’s winner of the smash hit series, Adam Liaw.
Adam will join with Merretts restaurant’s team of chefs on Saturday August 13, to cook up a divine six-course degustation dinner, which has been specially crafted for the Peppers Anchorage MasterChef Degustation Dinner.
The innovative menu will feature the finest local produce in an Asian flavoured seafood celebration, with oyster shuckers from a nearby oyster farm and each course will be perfectly matched with a Hunter Valley wine.
Priced at $145 per person, this exquisite event is one not to be missed, with Adam beginning each course with an introduction to the ingredients and method he has used to create it.
MasterChef Degustation Dinner guests will also receive a complimentary copy of their very own MasterChef Series 2 cookbook, which includes creations of Adam's own making.
