Hands on. Peppers reveals ‘Devine’ Masterclass for foodies
Peppers Coral Coast Resort at Airlie Beach is giving food fans an exclusive opportunity to bring MasterChef inspired cuisine into their kitchens with Masterclass event on Thursday July 7.
Inspired by MasterChef’s pursuit of cooking excellence and conducted by Peppers Coral Coast Resort Executive Chef Gregory Devine, the specially crafted Masterclass provides the ideal opportunity to learn first-hand about how to transform your own attempts at cooking into the fine art of creating innovative dishes that excite the palette.
Over the course of three hours, guests will learn valuable tricks of the trade as they are guided step-by-step through preparing and cooking paella - Spain’s national dish.
Share Chef Devine’s passion as he creates authentic seafood paella and Valencia chicken paella and take the opportunity to discuss all things food – taste, smell, colours and textures - with Chef Devine.
And of course, guests will not only delight their senses watching the meal prepared, cooked and presented, but with the ultimate show of respect at the end – tasting time!
Priced at $130 per person, this rare event is one not to be missed, with each guest receiving a complimentary MasterChef apron, MasterChef Series 2 cookbook and a selection of recipes to take home.
The Peppers Coral Coast Resort Masterclass begins at 5pm and will be held at the resort’s private Ocean's Edge Villa.
