Divine cuisine will be served during an exquisite Summer Tasting Menu Dinner on February 25 at the award-winning Katers Restaurant, on-site at Peppers Manor House in the Southern Highlands. Guests can truly savour the flavours of the region with a 5-course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Francois Razavet and his experienced team. This gourmet adventure will include the likes of home-made labna with scallops, apple, beetroot and macaroon, slow braised lamb shoulder, and baked orange chocolate cheese cake, all for $75* per person.
