The month of November has a Spanish flavour at Restaurant Bale, located at the beautiful Peppers Bale resort in Port Douglas.
Not only guests, but locals too, can sample an array of delicious Spanish dishes, for just $25* or two courses for $38*, until November 30.
Choose from the likes of Salmon Escabeche (seared and marinated salmon served with a roast capsicum, pine nut and lemon salsa, Two Gazpachos (a duo of chilled tomato and garlic soup served with pan rustico house-made bread), Pollo al Jerez (pan-roasted chicken thigh finished with, garlic, sherry and fresh parsley on tortilla de patatas), Paella (seafood, chicken and spicy chorizo cooked in a light stock with rice and finished with saffron) and more.
