Peppers Bale Resort in Port Douglas is celebrating a new menu to indulge guests at the divine Restaurant Bale.

With a significantly different feel to it in comparison to the previous menu, the new menu is sure to tempt the tastebuds with delicious dishes such as an entree of Pan-fried King Salmon, wrapped in prosciutto, carved and set upon a lemon basil-scented polenta with sautéed asparagus and white sauce; a main meal of Carpaccio of Kangaroo Loin, coated in ground porcini mushrooms and finished with fig aioli, garlic chips and baby croutons; or dessert of White Chocolate and Baileys Soufflé served with a raspberry ice cream and dark chocolate sauce.
