Queensland’s loss is a most welcome gain for Peppers Springs Retreat & Mineral Spa at Hepburn Springs, with award-winning chef, John Paul Fiechtner, taking over the kitchen at the retreat's on-site restaurant DECO.
The former Dubai private country club and Spicer’s Peak Lodge chef will be emphasising seasonal and local/organic produce, letting the ingredients do the talking. John Paul plans to move DECO into a new and contemporary direction with tasting style menus.
