Peppers Guest House is one of the Hunter's best loved retreats, and its restaurant Chez Pok has one of the best reputations for exceptional fine food and wine, so with a new Autumn menu on the table it's time to spread the deliciously good news of what's for dinner.

Entrees include Poached Breast of Duck with Orange and Cardamom, Coleslaw, Persian Fig and Apple Salad, and mains include Rolled Ocean Trout, Potato and Leek Croquettes, Date Puree and Beurre Noisette.
