Peppers the Sands, Torquay has announced the appointment of Swiss born Pascal Meyes to the position of executive chef of signature restaurant Hanners. Dedicated to cooking with the freshest local produce, Pascal has had extensive culinary experience in Europe, Canada, Alaska, Chile, Argentina, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and New Zealand. Avoiding ‘signature’ dishes, Pascal prefers to keep a small menu that changes with the seasons, focusing on flavour, colour and culture.
