Tasmanian property Peppers Calstock has announced the appointment of a new permanent General Manager, Stuart Davis, and assistant GM/front of house manager, Peter Knapman. The experienced hotel operators were previously in charge of The Priory Country Lodge at Bothwell. Tucked away outside the riverside town of Deloraine in north-west Tasmania, Peppers Calstock is an historic Georgian mansion regarded as one of the State’s finest retreats.
